Print Materials

This web site includes a lot of information about our curriculum, facilities and such, but you are also welcome to download our class application, student manual, brochure or recent flier.

Our student manual is intended for adults, and supplements in-class instruction. It covers the principles and philosophies behind what we teach, and is over 300 pages long and has almost 400 photographs and images of various exercises and techniques. It is not required reading, but it is a must if you really want to understand good physical conditioning, self defense and other facets of our program. This file is encrypted and password protected. Please contact us to request the password to open the document. Once you have the password you may view it online or download (and print) it for free via this link. Use the class application to sign up for various classes. Just download it, print it, fill it out, and mail it in or drop it off at our gym. Clear instructions are on the application, itself. Download the class application.

The brochure is a legal-size document that briefly describes our classes and has a short article on the difference between self defense and martial arts. Download the brochure.

The flier is a letter-size, one page document that is great for sharing with others. We distribute it to community centers to let people know about upcoming programs. Download the flier.

The Police Card was created after we experienced numerous frivolous stops and questions from police. It can be copied and given to police when they pull you over (I'm not responsible for how they respond if you do so). I have them posted in the back windows of my vehicles.
