Our Facility

Our gym is at 1788 NE 18th street in McMinnville, Oregon, in the same building with Dr. HVAC off of Lafayette avenue. It is easily one of the largest and best-equipped self defense training facilities in the region. Fully functional (but still a work in progress), we have a total of 3000 square feet that includes a spacious viewing area, changing rooms for men and women, and a nursery room for parents with small children. We have 1500 square feet of matted exercise area, and an additional 800 square foot secondary exercise area with a hard floor.

Other Training Equipment

For the safety of the participants we have used the best mats that are available in the world. Our instructors are not merely certified to perform First Aid and CPR, but certified to teach it. We maintain a fully stocked First Aid kit for minor injuries and we have an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) on site in the event of a sudden cardiac arrest.

You are welcome to drop by the gym any time. We are usually open in the afternoon and evening on weekdays. If you wish to speak to an instructor it is best to make an appointment or arrive before or after a class. Instructors are generally not available while classes are running.
